Region located between the Rio-Santos highway and the sea. Place of several marinas and some condos, as the Porto Imperial and Porto Paraty (also known as Farol de Paraty). Located no more than five kilometers from the city, has a privileged view of the bay of Paraty, although it is not good for swimming because of the intense boat traffic.
