About Fernanda Maia
I have lived in Paraty since 2013. Like many of my clients, I was captivated by the city and decided to make it my home.
What began as an admiration for the combination of nature, history, culture, and quality of life evolved into a professional project and a life purpose. In 2015, I started my journey in the real estate market and completed my first transaction within the first few months of working in the field. Since then, I have been building a career based on relationships, credibility, and a keen eye for opportunities that make sense for each client.
Over the years, I have developed my own strategies and a more thoughtful and effective way of presenting properties, understanding that each one carries a unique identity, story, and potential. This is how Imóveis com Alma was born—a platform created to go beyond traditional brokerage and offer specialized real estate curation, carefully and strategically selecting properties. Today, I operate in the region’s main markets, with a focus on Paraty, Condomínio Laranjeiras, and Cunha, in the Serra da Bocaina, connecting people with properties that provide quality of life, authentic experiences, and investment opportunities.

About the prices of the properties
The owners directly set the prices. There is no overpricing. Some owners prefer not to specify the price online, particularly for commercial or high value estates. For these cases, the price can be requested by email. Prices are updated regularly, however sometimes there are differences which are corrected before drawing up the contract (especially in vacation rentals)
