Description
Condo with only three residences, in one of the most beautiful and private beach of Paraty. The five spacious suites have balconies overlooking the sea and air conditioning Split type. The living room has a central fireplace and a terrace offering panoramic sea view. Gourmet kitchen integrated to the social areas. It has a helipad, pier and two apartments for employees. Built area: 750 m². Access by boat, helicopter or car. Sleeps 12 (eight single beds and two double beds).
About Paraty's Bay
Paraty has over thirty islands and a very jagged coastline. The part of the coast next to the city merges regions with mangroves with regions of the Atlantic Forest. In the more remote parts, where there are no mangroves, the waters are usually very clear. Much of the bay has calm waters, except some beaches of Trinidad where the sea is more agitated, to the delight of surfers.
