Small and luxury condo with beach, located 30 kilometers from Paraty. The six suites have balconies overlooking the sea and air conditioning Split type. The living room has fireplace and terrace, offering a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the exclusive pool. The condo has a helipad and pier for boats. One of the suites has a spa tub. The house has barbecue, pizza oven and outdoor. Access by boat, helicopter or car. Maximum capacity of 14 people (ten single beds and two double beds).
About Paraty's Bay
Paraty has over thirty islands and a very jagged coastline. The part of the coast next to the city merges regions with mangroves with regions of the Atlantic Forest. In the more remote parts, where there are no mangroves, the waters are usually very clear. Much of the bay has calm waters, except some beaches of Trinidad where the sea is more agitated, to the delight of surfers.
