Who?
Eduardo La Regina de Andrade is from São Paulo, studied business at PUC-SP and has had the Paraty experience for forty years. In the beginning on vacation and then, as a resident. He sailed between Brazil and the Caribbean islands for four years until he realized Paraty was the best place to live.
A great admirer of the region, he created a website about Paraty: www.paraty.tur.br. He lived in Laranjeiras for twenty years and owns an ice cream parlor in the historic center – Pistache Gelateria – and is now happy to greet and accompany those seeking a quieter and prettier life in Paraty.

About the prices of the properties
The owners directly set the prices. There is no overpricing. Some owners prefer not to specify the price online, particularly for commercial or high value estates. For these cases, the price can be requested by email. Prices are updated regularly, however sometimes there are differences which are corrected before drawing up the contract (especially in vacation rentals)
